About The Job:
We are currently seeking an accomplished Business Development Executive, fluent in English, to join our dedicated team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the fields of company formation, corporate services, demonstrating proficiency in areas such as company registration, corporate structuring, banking support services and comprehensive knowledge of international and local markets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads within the corporate services industry, utilizing your expertise to spot business opportunities.
Client Engagement: Cultivate strong client relationships, manage accounts, and ensure client satisfaction. Seek out new prospects actively.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitors, and adapt our corporate services offerings accordingly.
Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and present customized corporate service solutions.
Networking: Build your professional network in corporate services and legal industries. Attend relevant events to establish your social growth as a key player for Vision Business Consulting.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including target identification and process definition.
Performance Metrics: Continuously monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize outcomes.
Client Education: Guide clients through our services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring they understand the benefits.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams like legal, compliance, and operations for a seamless client experience.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights. Generate reports for informed decision-making.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, legal regulations, and market dynamics to remain an expert.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field/or appropriate related professional experience.
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Free Zones, Business Set-up, Company Formation or Banking Service industries is required.
Fluent in English (Multilingual is preferred).
Ability to prioritize, set goals and meet demands under tight deadlines.
Market-focused and results-driven.
Responds well in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Excellent knowledge of advanced MS Office applications.
Presentable and confident enough to present on behalf of Vision Business Consulting at different forums.
Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
