Business Consultant
to join our team. In this role, you will support clients by navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks, delivering tailored compliance strategies, and providing ongoing advisory services to enable sound business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret legal, regulatory, and industry developments that affect client operations.
Analyze regulatory changes and provide strategic insights to support client decision-making.
Develop clear, concise reports and presentations that translate complex legal concepts into actionable business guidance.
Design and implement customized compliance programs aligned with each client's risk profile and operational requirements.
Work closely with client legal and compliance teams to proactively identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
Deliver continuous advisory support to ensure clients remain compliant with evolving regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business consulting, with a focus on regulatory and legal compliance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex legal information.
Strong analytical mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
