Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and qualify sales leads through various channels (cold calls, networking, referrals, etc.) Consult clients on suitable business setup options (Mainland or Freezone) based on their needs. Provide accurate information regarding company registration, licensing, visa processing, and government regulations. Develop customized proposals and pricing based on client requirements. Maintain a deep understanding of UAE Freezone authorities and Mainland regulations, including recent updates and changes. Manage the complete client journey from initial inquiry to successful incorporation. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams (PRO, operations, legal) to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of proven sales experience in business setup consultancy in UAE (Mainland and Freezone focus). Strong knowledge of UAE company formation laws, Freezone authorities, and business structures. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
