Consult with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate licensing options and structures.
Manage the entire
sales cycle
- from lead generation, qualifying prospects, and conducting consultations to closing deals.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to business formation and company registration in various jurisdictions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with government authorities (DED, Freezone authorities, Immigration, etc.) as required.
Provide excellent after-sales support and build long-term relationships with clients.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote the company's services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
business setup consultancy
within the UAE, with a focus on Mainland and Freezone jurisdictions.
Strong knowledge of UAE company formation processes, legal structures, and government regulations.
Minimum
2-3 years
of relevant sales or business consulting experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
Strong network and contacts in the UAE business ecosystem is a plus.
Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
