Help recruitment and staffing teams improve performance with smarter processes, data, and tools. You'll work directly with clients to understand their workflow, recommend improvements, and support implementation so they hire and place faster.
What you'll do
Run discovery sessions and map recruiting workflows
Spot bottlenecks and improve processes (sourcing to hire/placement)
Advise on ATS/CRM setup, reporting, and automation
Build simple KPI dashboards (time-to-fill, conversion, productivity)
Lead trainings and support adoption with recruiters and sales teams
What you bring
Experience in consulting, operations, implementation, or customer success (recruitment/HR tech is a plus)
Comfortable with data and tools (Sheets/Excel, ATS/CRM platforms)
Clear communicator who can run workshops and present solutions
Hands-on mindset: you like turning ideas into action
Nice to have
ATS/CRM experience (Bullhorn, Salesforce, HubSpot, Vincere, JobAdder, etc.)
Automations/integrations (Zapier/Make, APIs) or BI basics (Power BI/Looker)

Pay: 6,000.00DH - 9,000.00DH per month
