We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team, specializing in business setup, licensing, and visa processing services in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling all types of visa applications, renewals, and cancellations (employee & dependent).
Coordinating with government departments (MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Free Zones, etc.).
Managing trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
Providing support for company formation and business setup procedures.
Ensuring compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of UAE experience in PRO services.
Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and processes.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
