The Business Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business center, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent client service, and optimal profitability. This role involves managing staff, maintaining office facilities, driving occupancy and sales, and ensuring a professional environment for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
Supervise the daily operations of the business center, ensuring all offices, meeting rooms, and common areas are well-maintained and operational.
Manage front desk, housekeeping, and technical support teams to deliver high-quality service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Oversee vendor management, maintenance schedules, and facility upkeep.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Address client requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular check-ins with tenants to assess needs and identify upselling opportunities.
3. Sales and Revenue Management
Drive occupancy rates through lead generation, networking, and partnerships.
Prepare and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
Oversee pricing, service packages, and promotional activities.
Prepare periodic financial reports and forecasts for management review.
4. Administration and Reporting
Manage billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of client agreements, renewals, and operational data.
Prepare monthly performance and occupancy reports.
5. Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent service standards.
Conduct performance reviews and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Foster a collaborative, customer-focused work culture.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in office management, coworking, or hospitality environments.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
