What This Position Is All About: As a Business Center Administrator you will be expected to ensure that you have a full conference and banqueting knowledge as you will be the first point to call to all guests and colleagues with queries. You are expected to maintain a high standard of service within the business centre at all times as laid down within the company service standards. You will be asked to deal with customer queries and try to resolve immediately if they are to arise and make full use of the guest response procedures. To succeed in this varied and interesting role, you must be passionate about customers and be able to create an engaging Customer Experience that is personal, memorable and unique! Who You Are:

You Also Have:
  • A Bachelors degree Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Must have excellent computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).\
  • Interest and level of understanding in Business Centers.
  • Highly organized with good planning skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands.
  • Tact and discretion.
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance and letting procedures will be an added advantage.
As The Business Centre Administrator, You Will:
  • Marketing and direct renting of serviced offices at the Business Centre.
  • Maintaining outstanding levels of public relations and providing high-quality customer service to the tenants.
  • Rent collection - Billing & following up tenants to pay their rent on time.
  • Ensuring high occupancy rates at the Business Center at all times to boost income levels.
  • Ingenuity: Ability to introduce new ideas in day to day running of the Business Centre.
  • Ensuring prompt payment of rents and other amounts Overall management of the Business Centre including giving periodic progress reports to senior management.
  • Using content management systems to maintain and update website and internal databases.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure that business center offices and all utilities are in good working condition.
  • Perform any other duties that may be allocated by the Senior Management.
  • Greet visitors ensuring the correct signing in procedures are adhered to.
  • Ensures clients receive a timely, comprehensive and continuing orientation of services and procedures.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the groups services.
  • Ensure the Business Centre is in a ready to show/sell condition at all times and the centre readiness programmer is fully implemented.
  • Maintain up to date branded materials and newspapers in the Business Centre.
  • Operate room bookings, projectors and car spaces using the on-line booking system efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist the BCM with ordering of stationery and other consumables.
  • Notify staff of any deliveries via email.
  • Collection and distribution of post and franking the evening post.
  • Provide catering and refreshments for meetings.
  • Arrange travel, hotels, flights, car hire and couriers.
  • Printing copying and binding.
  • Preparation of training packs to company standards.
  • Update and maintain the tenants parkings registration list.
  • Mail merges.
  • Assist the BCM with various office contracts, liaising with builders, owners and contracts.
  • Assistance the BCM with health and safety and Facilities Management related tasks.
  • Printing and producing workbooks.
  • Assist bid managers, project coordinators and administrators with the timely completion of tenders and other administrative tasks.
  • Timely accurate inputting and sweeping of the Market Point data base.
  • Timely and correct notification of invoicing to the accounts department.
  • To have a good working knowledge of office equipment available to clients and to ensure it is kept in good working order.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month Language:
