Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets aligned with assigned KPIs
  • Drive market penetration through new to bank acquisition and portfolio expansion
  • Conduct field visits, analyze customer needs, and submit complete case information
  • Cross-sell appropriate business banking products to increase revenue per customer
  • Maintain daily sales performance reports for management review
  • Deliver a transparent, high-quality client onboarding experience with no mis-selling
  • Resolve or escalate customer issues to ensure timely outcomes
  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC, compliance, fraud control, and onboarding policies
  • Implement prescribed sales governance and internal controls to mitigate risks
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to progress cases and secure required support
  • Participate actively in training, learning, and development programs
  • Monitor competitor offerings and suggest improvements to products and processes
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers and internal teams
