About the Role

We are looking for a highly ambitious and highly analitical Business Assistant to support the Founder of Object 1 Real Estate Development. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong background in finance, investments, fintech or startups, who wants to grow rapidly into a more senior business role.

Key Responsibilities

o? ?Assist the Founder with strategic planning, business development and investor relations.

o? ?Conduct market research related to real estate, fintech, startups, and investment opportunities.

o? ?Prepare financial models, presentations, and reports.

o? ?Support in fundraising, negotiations with investors, and partnership discussions.

o? ?Attend meetings with the Founder, take minutes, follow up on action points.

o? ?Manage calendars, scheduling, business correspondence and travel arrangements.

o? ?Analyze new business proposals and assist in pitching to potential partners.

o? ?Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal teams or external stakeholders.

Requirements

o? ?Fluent Russian speaker (must) + strong English.

o? ?Previous experience in finance, investment, fintech, venture/startups or consulting.

o? ?Strong understanding of business numbers, investment terms, basics of financial modeling.

o? ?Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

o? ?Strong research and analytical mindset.

o? ?Very proactive, energetic and fast learner.

o? ?High level of ambition, desire to grow quickly, work closely with top management.

o? ?Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

o? ?UAE experience is a plus.
