Application Support Assistant

Enterprise Technology & Innovations Team

Your Role as Business Application Support Assistant

Working under the guidance of the Business Application Support Analyst & Projects Manager, you will be crucial for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day operational and technical support to users, ensuring the smooth delivery of core business processes.

Perform routine system monitoring and reporting to maintain high system availability and efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues (incidents and problems), documenting steps and resolutions in the support knowledge base.

Assist with quality assurance (QA), system validation, and deployment support for new application features and projects.

Manage User Access Control and ensure adherence to compliance and confidentiality standards.

Your Desired Profile for the role

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

Experience:

2 years in a similar application support role is desirable.

Freshers with innovative minds are strongly encouraged to apply!

Experience working in or closely with a fast-paced, innovative, or project-based team is a strong plus.

Bonus/Desirable:

Certifications or qualifications in

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

are an added advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

Expert knowledge of business applications and familiarity with databases (SQL) and basic system integrations.

Exposure to ITIL practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Proficiency in Application Support, System Administration, and Monitoring System Performance.

Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills, with an ability to function as a key Team Player.

A proven ability to Prioritize, Multi-Task, and effectively Problem Solve in a high-pressure environment.
