Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst - WBG to support digital transformation and technology initiatives within the Wholesale Banking domain. The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications that enhance banking operations, improve client experience, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of corporate banking products, process design, and system implementation across Trade Finance, Treasury, Payments, Loans, and Cash Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and IT teams to elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements for Wholesale Banking applications.
• Analyze existing processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, recommend automation, and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process flowcharts, and use cases.
• Lead requirement validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Support data mapping, system integration, and reconciliation activities across Trade Finance, Treasury, and Payments systems.
• Coordinate implementation of enhancements in core and digital banking platforms, including API-based services and online corporate portals.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk frameworks and external regulatory standards such as AML, KYC, SWIFT, and Basel guidelines.
• Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and features.
• Participate in system reviews and process improvement workshops to drive continuous optimization of WBG operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Wholesale or Corporate Banking.
• Strong knowledge of WBG products including Trade Finance, Treasury, Loans, Payments, and Cash Management.
• Proven experience in documenting BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and data mapping.
• Hands-on exposure to Core Banking Systems such as Finacle, Flexcube, or T24.
• Sound understanding of SWIFT messages, ISO 20022, and banking integration interfaces.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and other business analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital banking transformation, API integration, or host-to-host corporate banking solutions.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
