Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business units such as marketing, finance, and operations to gather and document reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear analytical outputs, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable intelligence.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with organizational goals.
• Create visualizations and reports using BI tools to support informed decision-making.
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Implement best practices for data accuracy, modeling, and validation.
• Support automation of recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the retail or e-commerce sector.
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database structures.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud environments such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.
