Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of professional experience, strong understanding of business processes, and proven expertise working with clients across the Middle East region. Fluency in Arabic and a valid Qatar Resident Permit/Qatar ID (QID) are mandatory.
Responsibilities include:
Engage with business users, clients, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Drive requirement workshops, meetings, interviews, and business process reviews.
Analyze existing workflows and propose process improvements, optimization opportunities, and automation strategies.
Support solution design by working closely with technical, product, and development teams.
Conduct impact assessments, feasibility studies, and gap analyses for new initiatives.
Support project planning, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
Create documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user manuals, and test cases.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders across multiple departments.
Provide ongoing analytical support for enhancements, change requests, and issue resolution.
Primary Skills :
8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a structured business or technology environment.
