Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirement Management
Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
Translate product strategies into actionable use cases
Prepare BRDs, FSDs, and process maps
Ensure alignment with compliance, audit, and finance needs
Project Coordination & Execution
Act as SPOC for BA activities in the transformation program
Work with IT and vendors to ensure accurate implementation
Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to drive timely delivery
Testing & Validation
Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
Support system readiness and post-deployment validation
Coordinate regression and end-user testing
Documentation & Training
Create SOPs, user manuals, and training material
Deliver training to business users and operations teams
Rollout & Post-Implementation Support
Assist in pilot rollout and go-live activities
Support issue resolution and continuous enhancement
What You Bring:
? bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
? 5+ years of BA experience, preferably in
Transaction Banking / Cash Management
? Strong understanding of
Payments, SWIFT, and ISO20022
? Familiarity with core banking systems, payment hubs, and digital transformation initiatives
