Support the management in implementation of Department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of
assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality,cost-effective service.
Support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Job Specific Responsibilities
With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives\xe2\x80\x99 priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams andfunctions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.
Reviews, assesses, routes, answers and monitors follow up action steps on correspondence. Gathers and analyses information required for administrative reporting.
Contributes to division effort by accomplishing related duties as required.
Data gathering and analysis \xe2\x80\x93 financial and non-financial, qualitative, and quantitative; interviewing skills, good observation skills.
Assist with the analysis and preparation of recommendations that will drive greater productivity, reduce waste, or eliminate duplication.
Works as a competent member of the team, willingly providing back\xe2\x80\x90up support forco\xe2\x80\x90workers when appropriate and actively supporting division goals.
Uses multiple technical applications including word processing, database management, spreadsheets, graphics and presentation software, electronic calendar, email, and other technical/scientific applications.
Planning (project and Agile), management, coordination, change control and financial control of project delivery.
Produce periodic reporting to senior stakeholders working in tandem with the Project
Management Office team and Business Delivery.
Tracking progress against plan, managing risk, issues, and dependencies
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent.
2-4 years of work experience in financial services, including familiarity with how an exchange operates.
Strong initiative, project management skills with ability to independently manage multiple priorities/ deadlines.
Solid control mindsight: ensure controls are maintained and ability to challenge first line and escalate emerging risks or issues.
Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel VBA, Power BI).
Knowledge and skills of Python and Programming Languages is preferable.
Strong knowledge of computer IT Testing is preferable.
