Job Responsibilities: General Job Responsibilities:
- Support the management in implementation of Department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of
- assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality,cost-effective service.
- Support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet requirements, policies, and quality standards.
- With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
- Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives\xe2\x80\x99 priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
- Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams andfunctions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.
- Reviews, assesses, routes, answers and monitors follow up action steps on correspondence. Gathers and analyses information required for administrative reporting.
- Contributes to division effort by accomplishing related duties as required.
- Data gathering and analysis \xe2\x80\x93 financial and non-financial, qualitative, and quantitative; interviewing skills, good observation skills.
- Assist with the analysis and preparation of recommendations that will drive greater productivity, reduce waste, or eliminate duplication.
- Works as a competent member of the team, willingly providing back\xe2\x80\x90up support forco\xe2\x80\x90workers when appropriate and actively supporting division goals.
- Uses multiple technical applications including word processing, database management, spreadsheets, graphics and presentation software, electronic calendar, email, and other technical/scientific applications.
- Planning (project and Agile), management, coordination, change control and financial control of project delivery.
- Produce periodic reporting to senior stakeholders working in tandem with the Project
- Management Office team and Business Delivery.
- Tracking progress against plan, managing risk, issues, and dependencies
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of work experience in financial services, including familiarity with how an exchange operates.
- Strong initiative, project management skills with ability to independently manage multiple priorities/ deadlines.
- Solid control mindsight: ensure controls are maintained and ability to challenge first line and escalate emerging risks or issues.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel VBA, Power BI).
- Knowledge and skills of Python and Programming Languages is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of computer IT Testing is preferable.
