/ Position: Business Analyst & Marketing Specialist
/ Location: Sharjah, UAE
/ Salary: Commensurate with experience

/ Reporting To: Head of Marketing, Business Aviation

/ The Role:

As a Business Analyst & Marketing Specialist you will highlight and provide insight on our target markets activity, enabling the Company to develop existing and new business opportunities and relationships relating to; Aircraft Management, Charter, FBO and MRO services.

/ Main Responsibilities:

Create a monthly trends and observations presentation (including competitive analysis) to inform the MDs on activities within the business aviation markets.
Support Business Development and Sales by highlighting leads, emerging markets and opportunities.
Work with the Head of Marketing, Business Aviation to enhance the reputation of the Company amongst identified buyers.
The planning, collation, creation, and delivery of high-quality content across all available communication channels (social, web, PR, etc.) that captures the attention of new and current prospects.
Ownership of an appropriate budget as delegated by the Head of Marketing to deliver on annually agreed activities.
Analysis of the data drawing actionable insights that can be used by the Business Development and Sales team to drive the conversation with targeted customers.
Collating materials to support business cases, proposals, ITT\xe2\x80\x99s and RFI\xe2\x80\x99s
Quarterly review of the marketing and sales data provided through Hubspot and its dashboard reporting to determine trends in deal closure, pricing, win/loss reasons.
Development and influence on a focussed approach and set up for events and trade shows

/ Key Performance Indicators

Delivering timely, actionable reports on schedule to the Company MDs and Leadership.
Delivering actionable insight and high-quality leads from data that can be used by colleagues and teams to support business wining activity.
Delivering data and insight during business planning windows that assists the Company leadership with setting, realigning or correct strategic decisions.

/ Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:

Essential

A professional with an interest in data and data analysis.
Competent with Microsoft PowerBI.
Good numerical and IT skills especially in creating persuasive PowerPoint documents.
Good presentation skills and is unphased by taking or answering questions based on the reporting/analysis made.
Works independently and forms strong groups with colleagues and peers to achieve the required results.
Gravitas and ability to build effective relationships with the Heads of the Lines of Business
Demonstrable communication skills: confident, determined, perceptive, constructive, and approachable
Commercial acumen and an eye for detail
Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS PowerBI)
Excellent written skills suitable for the generating persuasive presentations, papers and copy for bids, web and social media channels.

Advantageous

Preference will be given to candidates who also possess skills in the following areas:

Desktop publishing skills using the Adobe Creative Suite (predominantly InDesign)
