Job Description

We are looking for the position of Business Analyst (Learning Management System) for Qatar location.

1. Resource skill or JD ( to make sure we provide you the right candidate )

1. Business Analysis Skills: Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Process Mapping and Optimization, Gap and Impact Analysis.

2. Leadership/Learning and Development Domain Knowledge (SME): Familiarity with Learning Technologies LMS,LXP, digital learning platforms, assessment tools, and HR systems integration.

3. Digital Transformation and Systems Skills: System Implementation Experience , Data Visualization and Reporting and Basic Technical Understanding of APIs, integrations and automation awareness.

4. Project Management: PMO Skills and led projects in LMS and educational/leadership sectors.

5. Change Management: Supports adoption of new systems and processes.

6. Communication and Facilitation: Clear communicator with different stakeholders.
