Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

IT Business Analyst

with at least

3 years of professional experience

in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and working closely with technical teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new systems, enhancements, and process improvements. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and diagrams. Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to clarify requirements and support project execution. Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend solutions to enhance system functionality. Support testing processes (UAT, SIT) by preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes against requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project scope, timelines, and changes. Prepare detailed documentation including BRDs, SRS documents, process flows, and training materials. Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks. Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience

as an IT Business Analyst. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and IT system architecture. Experience translating business needs into technical requirements. Proficiency with documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace.

Work Schedule

44 hours per week
