Conduct research and analysis to produce solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to business.Duties & Responsibilities-\xe2\x97\x8f Function as the coordination point between Business Units and Technical teams to capture requirements based on changes or enhancements to the client Tax system.\xe2\x97\x8f Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.\xe2\x97\x8f Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.\xe2\x97\x8f Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.\xe2\x97\x8f Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with managerial, and executive teams.\xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of relevant status reports to all appropriate parties.\xe2\x97\x8f Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.\xe2\x97\x8f Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with stakeholders for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.RequirementsEducational Qualifications and Certifications\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science\xe2\x97\x8f 5-8+ years of experience in analytics and systems developmentLanguages\xe2\x97\x8f English\xe2\x97\x8f Arabic (Optional)Competencies\xe2\x97\x8f Proven analytical abilities.\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in generating process documentation and reports.\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.\xe2\x97\x8f Effective communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills\xe2\x97\x8f High proficiency in capturing business requirements concisely
