Core Functional Accountabilities:
Analyse financial data, budgets, forecasts, and actual results to identify performance trends and variances.
Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly/quarterly financial forecasts.
Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic and operational decisions.
Assist in monitoring expenditure against approved budgets and highlight variances for corrective action.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis to support procurement, investment, and operational decisions.
Provide insights into pricing trends, revenue streams, and expenditure patterns.
Work closely with Finance Operations to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate reporting.
Maintain and update financial databases and ensure data integrity.
Prepare management reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership.
General Accountabilities:
Ensure compliance with KHDA Finance policies and Dubai Government financial regulations.
Provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and analysis as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for departmental projects.
Uphold confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
