Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with vendors and system integrators on requirements validation, functional design, test planning, data cleansing, and system migration strategies
• Act as the system subject matter expert, providing solutions to meet business requirements and resolving complex issues with solution architects and developers
• Lead or support projects and change initiatives to improve business processes and system efficiency
• Develop and execute testing strategies, prepare test cases, and perform functional and end-to-end testing
• Formulate mitigation plans to manage operational risks during system cutovers
• Serve as the main on-site point of contact after system go-live to respond to user queries and issues
• Deliver user training sessions and prepare user manuals and process documentation
• Provide Level 2 support for the ETRM system, managing incidents and change requests with development teams
• Support the design and implementation of an operational support model with defined SLA metrics
• Assist IT teams in maintaining stable operations of the core ETRM system and related applications

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within commodities or energy trading environments
• Strong understanding of ETRM systems and trading workflows
• Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to support change management, testing, and post-implementation support activities
• Effective communication skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach
