Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Gather, validate, and analyze data from various internal systems and departments. Identify business trends, performance metrics, and areas for operational improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Present analytical findings and actionable insights to management. Support business planning and forecasting through data-driven recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or related discipline. 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or similar role. Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data modeling, etc.). Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Prior experience in the automotive or car rental industry will be considered an advantage.
