Job Description
BlackStone eIT is excited to announce an opening for a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements, and acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Your insights will drive key decisions and help shape the direction of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough business analysis to capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Create detailed documentation of business processes, models, and specifications. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and gain consensus among stakeholders. Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of new systems. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in documentation and project management tools. Understanding of Agile methodologies. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience in working collaboratively in team settings.
