Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy

Business Analyst

with strong expertise in

predictive modeling, data analytics, and business intelligence tools

. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with hands-on experience in tools such as

Python, R, Power BI, and SQL

, and can convert complex data into meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions.

You will work closely with business teams to understand challenges, design data-driven solutions, and communicate outcomes through compelling data narratives and visualizations.

Key Accountabilities

Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and apply predictive models and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) to support key business initiatives.

Translate business requirements into analytical problems and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL, Python, and R to support analysis and reporting needs.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to identify and analyze trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.

Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to measure impact and optimize processes or campaigns.

Present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely, ensuring data-backed decision-making at all levels.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of automated reporting systems and data pipelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Analytical Impact

Number of predictive models built and deployed successfully (e.g., churn, lead scoring, segmentation). Accuracy and performance of predictive models Number of business problems translated into data-driven solutions. Quality of insights generated (as measured by stakeholder feedback or adoption rates). Improvement in decision-making speed or accuracy due to analytical support.

Business Value Delivery

% improvement in KPIs influenced by analytics (e.g., increased conversion rates, reduced churn, improved customer lifetime value).

Business value generated by implemented analytics initiatives (estimated revenue impact, cost savings, ROI). Uptake of recommendations by business units (e.g., % of recommended actions implemented).

Project Execution

Number of analytics projects delivered on time and within scope. Turnaround time for analysis and model delivery. Adherence to data governance and documentation standards.

Reporting & Visualization

Number of dashboards/reports built and adopted by business teams. Report refresh frequency and reliability (e.g., uptime, automation success rate). User engagement metrics on dashboards (views, return usage, stakeholder feedback).

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Stakeholder satisfaction score (via periodic surveys or feedback loops). Cross-functional collaboration metrics (e.g., number of teams supported, successful hand-offs). Training or enablement sessions conducted (if applicable, e.g., self-service BI training).

Formal Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modelling. Strong command of SQL and experience working with large datasets from relational databases. Proven experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization and dashboarding tools. Understanding predictive analytics techniques and machine learning algorithms. Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decision-making. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Assist in running the Loyalty program.
Assist in the CRM implementation and related processes.

Strong Communication skills, written and verbal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
