Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled
Business Analyst
with strong knowledge ofimport/export processes
to support international trade operations for one of our key clients in the UAE. This is a great opportunity to contribute to projects focused on optimizing cross-border logistics, compliance, and documentation flow.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze import/export processes including customs compliance, documentation, and freight forwarding Gather and document business and technical requirements related to global trade operations Map current processes and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and ensure compliance Coordinate with internal development teams, service providers, and vendors during solution development Participate in testing and UAT phases to ensure delivery quality Collaborate with product owners across the project lifecycle Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in import/export or international logistics Solid knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and shipping documentation Proficiency in data and project tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Jira, Confluence) * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
