Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing large-scale software projects, especially CRM systems, and a proven ability to drive successful business outcomes. This role involves a mix of technical understanding, stakeholder communication, and hands-on analysis, delivered in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis of complex software projects, especially CRM solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights
Prepare high-quality technical documentation and presentations in both Arabic and English
Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement across various levels
Support the software development lifecycle through continuous feedback and validation
Work closely with internal teams and clients to address business challenges with creative and collaborative solutions
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in business analysis or related roles Bilingual: Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written) Strong technical writing and documentation skills Proficiency in tools such as MS TFS, Jira, MS Office, and Visio Excellent presentation and communication abilities Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proven experience working on large-scale software projects Ability to thrive in both office and client-site environments
