Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology solutions.
Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans to support decision-making and project implementation.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements validation, testing, and user acceptance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in software development or technology projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
