We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Analyst with a strong understanding of API testing to join our banking team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills, technical acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirements Analysis:

+ Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for banking products and services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

API Testing:

+ Develop and execute comprehensive API testing strategies to validate the functionality, performance, and security of banking systems.
+ Utilize API testing tools and frameworks to automate test cases and identify defects.
+ Analyze test results and report findings to relevant teams.

Data Analysis:

+ Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in banking operations.
+ Prepare data-driven reports and presentations to support decision-making.

Process Improvement:

+ Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.

Stakeholder Management:

+ Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and testers, to ensure alignment and project success.
+ Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry. Strong understanding of API testing methodologies and tools Proficiency in data analysis tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
