Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing data-driven solutions to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across departments to ensure business needs are clearly understood and translated into functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to elicit requirements. Collaborate with IT and development teams during design and implementation phases. Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance processes. Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation using data analysis tools. Track and report on project status, risks, and deliverables. Support change management and user training initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role. Strong knowledge of business processes and systems analysis. Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, SQL, and business intelligence software. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
