Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops with business teams and Digital Champions
• Document, validate, and prioritize business rules, features, and functional needs
• Convert approved requirements into agile artifacts including user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Map current and future customer journeys, identify pain points, and propose digital enhancements
• Apply hypothesis-driven discovery to validate solutions using data insights or customer testing
• Act as liaison between business functions and delivery pods to ensure clarity and alignment
• Prepare test scenarios, support UAT execution, and ensure readiness prior to release
• Track post-release performance and drive continuous improvement through backlog refinement

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Six to eight years of experience in business and digital analysis roles within transformation environments
• Proven experience working across both BRD-based and Agile delivery models
• Certification in Business Analysis or Agile Product Ownership is preferred
• Exposure to financial services, leasing, or rental processes is an advantage

Skills Set

• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation capabilities
• Ability to write clear use cases and user stories
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery practices
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or financial systems and data platforms
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
