Role Summary
The Business Analyst position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional and technical deliverables for CRM platforms in a banking environment. The role supports the Project Manager across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements definition through UAT, go-live, and post-production support.
Key Responsibilities

• Engage with senior business analysts and business stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, data dictionaries, and AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
• Support impact assessments, feasibility analysis, and solution design discussions
• Work closely with CRM architecture, data, and development teams on workflows, data mappings, and integrations
• Collaborate with technical teams on API definitions, payload validation, integration behavior, data transformation, and error handling
• Perform data analysis using SQL for validation, reporting, and issue investigation
• Define UAT scenarios, coordinate execution, and manage defect tracking and resolution
• Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met prior to go-live
• Support production releases, user training, and post-deployment stabilization
• Assist the Project Manager in end-to-end delivery and planning activities
• Coordinate across business, operations, compliance, technology, and vendor teams
• Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, and review sessions
• Proactively communicate project progress, risks, and issues

Candidate Requirements

• 5 to 8 years experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms including customer 360, servicing journeys, workflows, sales, and campaign modules
• Knowledge of banking surround systems and CRM integration approaches
• Solid technical understanding of SQL, databases, data mapping, and data transformation
• Proven experience producing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Strong experience coordinating UAT, preparing test cases, and managing defect lifecycles
• Hands-on experience working in Agile or Scrum environments using Jira or Azure DevOps

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
• Exposure to performance testing, user training, and SOP preparation
• Certifications such as CBAP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or CRM-related certifications
