Summary of role

Plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Talent 2033 by conducting in-depth analysis, developing actionable insights, and supporting the implementation of high-impact initiatives Works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and implement Talent 2033 program Leverages strong analytical. problem-solving. and communication skills to drive evidence-based decision-making and long-term organizational success Conduct analysis and research to support the design and implementation of Talent 2033 programs

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, policy developments, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making Assess the effectiveness of existing programs, policies, and initiatives. identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends. opportunities, and risks, and present findings to senior leadership Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. including government agencies, policymakers. and community organizations. to gather input and align strategies Support the development of long-term strategic plans, including goal-setting, resource allocation, and performance metrics

Evaluate the impact of existing and proposed policies, providing recommendations to enhance outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives

Prepare clear, concise. and compelling reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders Support strategic projects. ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.

Required qualifications & experience

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, or STEM fields Experience in strategy consulting, public sector consulting, or similar Proven track record of conducting strategic analysis. developing insights, and supporting decision-making in complex environments Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on long-term outcomes and systemic solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills. with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including the use of visual aids to convey insights Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment High level of professionalism, integnty, and accountability

Technical skills:

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations * Understanding of public sector operations. policy development. and regulatory frameworks and challenges
