The Mission
We are seeking a sharp, methodical, and insightful Business Analyst to function as our internal investigator. Your primary mission is to map, analyze, and visualize our core business workflows to uncover opportunities for enhanced efficiency, reduced risk, and superior service delivery. You will be the eyes and ears within our operations, providing the factual basis and strategic recommendations for our continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
Process Investigation & Mapping:
Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops to document current-state business processes across departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Property Management. You will create clear, standardized process maps and documentation.
Data-Driven Analysis & Visualization:
Analyze mapped processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and control gaps. You will use data to quantify issues and create compelling visualizations to communicate your findings to senior leadership.
Optimization & Solution Design:
Design and document future-state processes that are streamlined, robust, and scalable. Develop business cases that outline the benefits of proposed optimizations.
Standardization & Governance:
Develop and promote standard methodologies for processing documentation and management across the company, ensuring consistency and clarity.
Required Qualifications:
Experience (5+ years)
in business analysis, management consulting, or business process improvement, with proven success in delivering measurable outcomes.
Strong understanding of business strategy and operational models
, with the ability to align analysis with organizational goals.
Expertise in business process mapping and documentation
(e.g., BPMN), coupled with knowledge of industry frameworks and standards.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
, including root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
, with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in visualization and communication tools
(e.g., process diagrams, dashboards, and reports) to present complex information clearly.
Knowledge of digital transformation trends
, ERP systems, and emerging technologies relevant to business process optimization.
Ability to
work independently
as an individual contributor, while coordinating with a small team.
Experience in
real estate or digital transformation projects
is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (Master's a plus).
