Job Summary
This critical role will be responsible for assisting the Design Division in revewing and monitoring Monthly and Annual Business Plans and providing both stategic and day to day support to project teams on invoice management, revenue and expense analysis to including weekly updates and reviews.
Responsibilities
Paramount to success in this varied role will include:

• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts and monitoring progress on a monthly basis.
• Preparation of monthly financial reporting based on weekly reviews and updates.
• Assisting project teams on invoice management, revenue and expense analysis.
• Providing support to project leaders in their review and analysis of project progress reports, labor, cost and expense reports, (including subconsultant management), generated within DELTEK.
• Monitoring cash collection (planned v/s actual).
• Utilise Vision Performance Management (Tableau) to produce metrics for analysis.
• Manage and report on internal LRI and CRI metrics.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 7 years' post graduate career experience partenered with a Finance or Management Accounting Degree. Master level qualification is preferred.
• Chartered Accountant status will be viewed as advantageous.
