Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and business-savvy Business Analyst to assist the company owner in evaluating, planning, and launching a new business venture. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in conducting market research, preparing feasibility reports, identifying key risks and opportunities, supporting financial modeling, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across all phases of business development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market and Feasibility Analysis
Conduct detailed market research, competitor benchmarking, and SWOT analysis for new business sectors
Identify market gaps, customer needs, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies
Analyze local regulations, licensing requirements, and cost implications
2. Financial Modeling and Budgeting
Build P&L projections, cash flow models, and breakeven analyses for new projects
Assist in creating investment pitches or funding proposals (if needed)
Monitor KPIs and support with monthly performance reporting
3. Business Planning & Documentation
Prepare detailed business plans, executive summaries, and operational models
Draft SOPs, workflows, and implementation timelines in coordination with the owner
Coordinate with legal, HR, marketing, and operations for a smooth rollout
4. Process Design and Optimization
Map business processes using tools like flowcharts, Excel, or BPMN
Propose automation, technology, and cost-efficiency improvements
Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to drive execution
5. Stakeholder Communication & Decision Support
Create presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Assist in meetings, vendor evaluations, and contract reviews
Provide continuous analytical support to the owner

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
(MBA or Master's in a related discipline is a plus)
2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Strategy Analyst, Startup Consultant, or Project Analyst
Strong understanding of business modeling, market research, and financial planning
Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and preferably tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ERP/CRM systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
