Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and contribute across the full project lifecycle from pre-sales activities to detailed business analysis and project engagement management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and supporting pre-sales activities, combined with the ability to engage with senior clients and manage projects to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for

executive dashboards, data solutions, and AI initiatives

. Facilitate workshops and interviews to define clear, actionable user stories. Translate complex business requirements into

detailed functional and technical documentation

. Support data mapping and ensure data governance best practices are aligned with business needs.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as a

bridge

between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment at every project phase. Manage conflicting priorities across departments (finance, HR, operations, legal) with

balanced prioritization and proactive communication

. Provide

regular updates, presentations, and clear communication

to stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Pre-Sales & Engagement Support:

Work closely with the pre-sales team to understand client pain points and craft compelling solution proposals. Prepare and present tailored

business cases, proposals, and high-level solution designs

. Engage with potential clients to understand their unique needs and showcase the value proposition of our solutions.

Project Management & Delivery Support:

Support the Project Manager in defining project scope, timelines, and milestones. Contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans, status reports, and issue logs. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate concerns to ensure timely delivery. Conduct

UAT sessions and post-implementation reviews

to ensure project outcomes meet business objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

5 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to pre-sales and project management roles. Proven experience working on

executive-level dashboards, data-driven decision-making solutions, or AI-enhanced platforms

. Ability to

translate complex business needs into clear, technical requirements

and present them to stakeholders at all levels. Strong understanding of data governance, data visualization best practices, and performance metrics (e.g., KPIs, executive insights). Experience supporting pre-sales teams in crafting

compelling, client-specific proposals

and engaging with clients during solution discussions. Excellent communication and presentation skills able to

influence and build trust

with senior stakeholders and project teams. Agile project delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid). Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
