Conduct research and analysis to produce solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to business.\xe2\x97\x8f Function as the coordination point between Business Units and Technical teams to capture requirements based on changes or enhancements to the Tax system.
\xe2\x97\x8f Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
\xe2\x97\x8f Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
\xe2\x97\x8f Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with managerial, and executive teams.
\xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of relevant status reports to all appropriate parties.
\xe2\x97\x8f Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
