Wendy's UAE is hiring a Business Administrator to support day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Business correspondence and document preparation
2- Call handling and data/file management
3- Organizing meetings, trainings, and business events
4- Maintaining accurate records, data, and an organized filing system
5- Organizing business-related events such as trainings and team meetings
6- Coordinating travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and visa processing
7- Preparing employee change-of-status forms and recruitment requests
8- Coordinating with the personnel office on residence-related matters
9- Coordinating tasks, projects, and staff across multiple locations
10- Managing stationery requirements for the division
11- Handling time sheets and tracking related administrative matters
Candidate Requirements:
1- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
2- Solid knowledge of the wider UAE
3- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
4- Strong planning and organizational abilities
5- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet tools
6- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines
7- Strong multitasking, time management, and interpersonal skills
