This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and securing business acquisition opportunities in Dubai through direct field engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Visit and evaluate businesses according to route plans
Negotiate directly with business owners to secure favorable terms
Capture and document evaluation data, including photos/videos
Maintain reports using CRM, Excel, and valuation tools
Assist in preparing valuations and closing contracts using company frameworks
Requirements
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory)
3+ years' experience in sales, acquisitions, or B2B negotiations
Understanding of SME models (Retail, Hospitality, Services, etc.)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of Dubai market and business areas
Proficiency with CRM and MS Excel
