We are seeking a professional and decisive Bus Team Leader to join our transportation team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Bus Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating bus operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while motivating and supporting your team members.

• Lead and manage a team of bus drivers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Coordinate daily bus operations, including route assignments and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Implement and monitor driver training programs
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper vehicle upkeep
• Analyze route efficiency and suggest improvements
• Handle emergency situations and make quick, informed decisions
• Prepare and submit reports on team performance and operational metrics

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bus operations or a related field
• Proven leadership experience with excellent team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of bus operations and safety regulations
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
• Familiarity with the public transportation industry in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
• Experience in bus fleet management
• Thorough understanding of local safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
