to join our manpower supply operations. The driver will be primarily responsible for transporting workers safely and efficiently between accommodation sites, workplaces, and other designated locations in compliance with company policies and local traffic laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company-assigned buses to transport workers to and from designated sites.
Follow designated routes and schedules or adjust as needed based on traffic or other conditions.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
Ensure the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle (e.g., fueling, tire pressure, oil level).
Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor.
Ensure the safety of all passengers by enforcing proper behavior and seatbelt use where applicable.
Keep accurate records of daily trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Assist with loading and unloading if necessary, especially in special transfers or long-distance routes.
Comply with local, state, and company driving regulations.
Attend periodic training and safety sessions as required by the company.
