The Bus Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of company staff to and from designated pickup and drop-off points. This role requires strict adherence to traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures to ensure a secure and comfortable commute for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate the company bus on assigned routes for staff pick-up and drop-off.
Follow the designated schedule and ensure punctual arrival and departure.
Adhere to all UAE traffic rules, regulations, and company driving policies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the bus at all times.
Perform basic vehicle inspections before each trip (fuel, oil, brakes, lights, tyres).
Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the Transport Supervisor promptly.
Keep accurate trip logs, mileage, and fuel consumption records as required.
Remain courteous, professional, and customer-focused at all times.
Ensure no unauthorized passengers or goods are transported.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (No:3 & No.6).
Minimum 1 years of driving experience in the UAE (preferably as a bus driver).
Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
