Key Responsibilities:
Operate the bus safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
Follow scheduled timetables to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with special needs.
Ensure passenger safety by enforcing safety regulations and rules.
Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness inside the bus.
Handle passenger inquiries and provide courteous service.
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumptions, and maintenance.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's license with passenger endorsement.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bus driver.
Knowledge of traffic laws and bus operations.
Good physical condition and stamina for long hours of driving.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Basic English)
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
