Bus DriverJob Summary: We are seeking a responsible and dedicated School Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school, demonstrating a commitment to their well-being and maintaining a high level of safety standards. A valid driving license with numbers 3, 5, and 6 is a requirement for this positionResponsibilities: o Safely transport students to and from school, following assigned routes and schedules.o Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in proper working condition.o Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation.o Maintain a clean and orderly interior of the bus.o Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff in a professional and courteous manner.o Ensure the well-being and safety of students during transit, enforcing appropriate behavior.o Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that may arise during transportation.o Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate authorities.o Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on safety protocols and regulations.o Demonstrate a strong commitment to the safety and security of all passengers.Qualifications: o The candidate should be able to communicate in English, Nepalese & or Hindi.o Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.o Previous experience as a school bus driver or in a similar role is preferred.o Good communication and interpersonal skills.o Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.o Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.o Physical ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as well as assist students in boarding and exiting the bus.
