We are seeking a reliable and responsible

Staff Bus Driver

to transport company employees safely and efficiently between designated locations such as accommodation, worksites, and offices. The ideal candidate must have a valid driving license, excellent driving record, and a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate company-provided bus/vehicle to transport employees between accommodation, office, and other assigned destinations. Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times. Perform daily checks on vehicle condition (oil, water, lights, brakes, tires) and report any maintenance needs immediately. Keep vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times. Maintain accurate daily records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and passengers as required. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of staff according to schedule. Respond calmly and appropriately in case of vehicle breakdowns or emergencies. Coordinate with transport supervisor for route updates, changes, or staff requirements. Report any incidents, accidents, or delays to management promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid UAE heavy vehicle/bus driving license. Minimum [2-5] years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in a staff transportation role. Good communication skills in [English/Arabic/Other preferred language]. Professional appearance and courteous behavior. Ability to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, if required. Physical fitness and ability to assist with minor luggage or emergencies.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

UAE Driving: 3 years (Preferred)
