Operate company buses to transport passengers, including VIP clients, staff, or tourists, as per assigned schedules or bookings.
Ensure safe and timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at designated locations.
Maintain cleanliness, presentability, and operational readiness of the bus at all times.
Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance or repair needs.
Follow all RTA traffic rules and company safety protocols.
Assist passengers with boarding and luggage handling, if required.
Maintain a log of trips, fuel usage, passenger count, and any incidents.
Provide excellent customer service, representing the company's standards and image.
Cooperate with dispatch, customer service, and operations teams for route planning and updates.
Handle emergencies or road incidents professionally and report immediately.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License (Category 6 - Heavy Bus).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE (limousine or staff transport industry preferred).
Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Basic communication skills in English; additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are an advantage.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in split shifts, night shifts, weekends, or on-call basis.
