About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Bullion Dealer

to support our bullion trading operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bullion delivery, gold cutting, customer handling, and marketing support. This role involves handling high-value items and requires precision, trustworthiness, and strong customer service skills. A

valid UAE driving licence

is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities1. Bullion Handling & Delivery

Manage the delivery and collection of gold and other bullion items. Conduct accurate weighing, documentation, and verification during each transaction. Ensure safe and timely transportation of bullion using company vehicle.

2. Gold Cutting & Preparation

Perform gold cutting and related operations as per requirements. Handle tools accurately and safely to avoid damage or material loss. Maintain purity checks and ensure quality control standards.

3. Customer Assistance & Support

Assist clients with bullion-related queries and transactions. Provide clear information on pricing, availability, and product types. Ensure professional and customer-friendly communication.

4. Sales & Marketing Support

Assist in basic marketing initiatives to promote bullion products. Maintain and update customer data, follow-up lists, and inquiries. Support the team during promotions, customer visits, and market mapping.

Qualifications & Experience

2-4 years of experience

in bullion dealing, gold cutting, jewellery trading, or related fields. Strong understanding of gold purity, weights, and bullion market standards. Experience in customer-facing roles in jewellery or bullion industry.

Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing activities is an advantage.

Skills Required

High attention to detail when handling precious metals. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage high-pressure, high-value transactions responsibly. Integrity, reliability, and professional behaviour.

Preferred Background

Experience in jewellery wholesale/retail, bullion trading, or gold souq operations. Familiarity with bullion delivery protocols and compliance requirements.
