Job Summary

:

The Dozer Operator is responsible for operating bulldozers to move earth, rocks, and other materials on construction or infrastructure project sites. The operator must follow safety protocols and ensure the equipment is operated efficiently and safely, as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

:

Operate dozer equipment to clear and level land, backfill trenches, and spread materials. Conduct regular inspections and basic maintenance of the dozer (fluid levels, fuel, etc.). Follow work instructions and project specifications for grading, excavation, and land preparation. Work in coordination with ground workers, spotters, and site engineers to ensure accuracy. Load and push soil, gravel, and debris to prepare construction sites. Ensure equipment is parked and secured safely after use. Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately. Maintain logs of operating hours, maintenance, and fuel usage. Adhere strictly to site safety regulations, PPE requirements, and traffic guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

:

Valid

UAE heavy equipment operator license (Dozer category)

3-5 years of experience

operating dozers (preferably in the UAE or GCC) Experience working on

construction sites, infrastructure projects, or roadworks

Familiar with operating

Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar heavy equipment

Ability to read basic site plans or instructions from the foreman Physically fit and alert; capable of working in hot and dusty environments

Skills Required

:

Strong equipment handling and maneuvering skills Basic mechanical knowledge for daily checks and maintenance Attention to safety and site awareness Communication and teamwork with ground/site staff Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English or Hindi/Urdu
