Our client in Qatar is looking to hire a
Bulk Dispatcher
.
Minimum Requirements
:
High school diploma with relevant experience or a certificate/degree in operations or road transport management.
3-5 years of experience in transportation or distribution.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Knowledge of transportation of dangerous goods and gaseous products.
Fluent in English and Hindi with strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong planning, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Team player with self-control and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
:
Plan and coordinate bulk product deliveries based on customer needs and distribution efficiency.
Create and validate delivery orders, route cards, and schedules for drivers.
Monitor product availability and address customer shortages or equipment issues.
Respond to emergency calls and alarms after working hours.
Oversee truck maintenance and collaborate with contractors for equipment servicing.
Identify and report nonconformities in dispatching procedures for process improvement.
Salary
: 7500 QAR
